Our quilts are all painted on special sign board called MDO board.  Each of these boards receives 3 coates of primer and 4 coates of exterior paint to complete the quilt design. The backs of the boards are all painted with primer and white exterior paint.  It takes approximately 2 weeks to create a quilt depending on the complexity of the pattern.  A variety of sign sizes are available;  popular sizes include 2 x 2,

4 x4, and 8 x8.  It is our goal to make each quilt look as beautiful up close as they do high up on the side of your barn.
